Take your measurements

To find your correct size, use a tape measure and take these measurements. Stand with your back straight in front of a mirror, to make sure that you measure correctly and that the tape measure is kept level.

1. BUST

Measure under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and over the fullest part of your bust. Don’t pull the tape measure too hard. For fitting a bra, you also need the measurement just under your bust.

2. WAIST

Measure around your natural waistline. This is the narrow part of your waist, about an inch above your navel. Relax and breath out before you measure.

3. HIP

The hip should be measured around its fullest part (about 8 inch. below your waist).

4. INSEAM

This is the measurement from your ankle to your groin, when you stand with your legs straight. If possible, ask a friend to help you. This can also be measured on a pair of pants with the proper length.

Simply find your size in the chart to see the corresponding size for the other international size systems.

As you notice, several European countries have their own size system; unfortunately there is no thing as a “European size”. The British sizes are also used in Australia and New Zealand. The French sizes are also used in BelgiumSpain and Portugal. The German sizes are also used in Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

Please observe that these size charts are only guides to helping you find the right women’s sizes. Sizes may differ notably between different clothing manufacturers and brands.

Bra Size

Find the right band size

To find your band size, put on a non-padded bra that fits you well. Find a measuring tape, and stand in front of a mirror. Wrap the tape around your body just underneath your bust. The measuring tape should be horizontal to the floor, and quite snug.
The measurement in inches is your band size. If it’s an odd number, round down to the nearest even number.

To find your bust size, measure around the fullest part of your breasts. Take this measurement and subtract the band measurement, e.g. if you measure 31 underneath your breasts, and 34 around, the result is 34-31 = 3. Use the result to find your cup size here:

Cup size = Bust size – Band size:

0 = AA
<1 = A
1 = B
2 = C
3 = D
4 = DD
5 = DDD/E
6 = F
7 = G
8 = H

Please note that this guide only gives you an estimate to your bra size, as sizes may vary between different bra manufacturers.
