Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 14 days of delivery.

You may request a return for any reason, including:

  • Damaged or defective item
  • Wrong item received
  • Change of mind
  • Size or preference issues

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in an unused condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging, if possible
  • All accessories and packaged components must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

  • For defective or damaged items: Return shipping is free
  • For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind): Customer may bear the return shipping cost

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is defective
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 14-day return window.

If you need a different size or replacement item, please contact us.


Non-Returnable & Refund Limitations

Full refunds may not be applicable in certain situations:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters)

Additionally, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components
